What this is
Unfinished pre-alpha software. Features, models, tools, availability, and saved data may change or fail. It is not a professional, emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical service.
A VERY SMALL CIRCLE. A VERY EARLY BUILD.
Welcome to the first field test of Unicorn Forge—an experimental AI workspace learning how to become a more capable, personal, and accountable assistant.
Invitation only · Private Tailscale access · Alpha software may fail spectacularly
FOUNDING COHORT
Your testing, candor, and weird edge cases will shape the release.

Plain language comes first. Important legal and data details are not hidden behind tiny links.
Unfinished pre-alpha software. Features, models, tools, availability, and saved data may change or fail. It is not a professional, emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical service.
One isolated tester account with one chat, personal memory, up to four named personalities, live task activity, and access to whichever Forge computer is online.
Account details, onboarding answers, chats, responses, feedback, timestamps, browser and approximate hardware information, network address, tool activity and output, errors, access changes, and structured debugging logs. Passwords and authentication secrets are excluded from debugging logs.
To operate and personalize the test, diagnose failures, evaluate model and tool behavior, improve safety and usability, and create de-identified training/evaluation material.
The Unicorn can review chats and activity while they are happening, pause model replies, enter a conversation, and reply directly. Human replies are visibly labeled “This message is from The Unicorn.” Do not submit passwords, payment details, government IDs, medical records, confidential work, or other sensitive information.
At completion you receive the original record and a redacted portable copy. Original account data is then deleted. A de-identified copy may be retained for training, testing, and evaluation.
Participation and public recognition are voluntary. You may stop or request export and deletion. A redacted record already incorporated into a completed aggregate evaluation or model artifact may not be retractable.
Access requires tester credentials and an approved private Tailscale network. Administrative actions require separate owner authentication. No system is perfectly secure.
Forge analyzes recent conversation wording locally for temporary interaction signals such as urgency, frustration, playfulness, seriousness, and desired detail. It uses those signals to adjust delivery—not to diagnose you or create a permanent psychological profile. A general style-mode label may appear in debugging and evaluation records.
PRIVATE ACCESS
Each tester receives exactly one isolated chat, memory, and up to four switchable personalities. Normal Forge data is never available here.
Your request is placed in a secure queue and relayed to The Unicorn through the private notification channel. Approval is not automatic or guaranteed.
Creating testers, reviewing requests, monitoring activity, and entering chats require private owner authentication.
MAKE IT YOURS
Contact details remain in your original record and are removed from retained training data. Required fields are marked.
BUILT WITH PEOPLE, PIXELS & PATIENCE
Every useful observation, failed run, unexpected prompt, and honest critique makes Unicorn Forge better.

Gratitude to the people behind Electron, Node.js, Chromium, Ollama, Hermes Agent, SimpleWebAuthn, Tailscale, ntfy, ComfyUI, Kokoro, Qwen, Gemma, Llama, Nomic, Stable Diffusion, FLUX, and the many dependencies and model communities making this possible.
Read model and software noticesChatGPT and Codex, for helping The Unicorn turn a sprawling idea into code, tests, documentation, and a working field test.

Thank you for trusting this early work with your time and imagination. I’ll keep building, documenting, correcting, and listening long after the confetti lands.

Access requests and approval packages use the bundled private ntfy service. No paid email or SMS provider is used. Private Forge and ntfy addresses are included only after approval and are never published on this site.
ntfy status is reported by the private Forge host.
Browser-reported hardware is approximate and never includes passwords or authentication secrets.
Persistent structured events include timestamps, account, network/device metadata, actions, failures, model names, and character counts. Passwords, access tokens, cookies, and authorization headers are excluded.
